Jautienos guliašas (2)

500 g. jautienos guliašo mėsos
5 morkos
1 didelis svogūnas
200 ml. smulkintų konservuotų pomidorų
200 ml. vandens
5 skilt. česnakų
3 v. š. aliejaus
druskos ir pipirų
paprikos miltelių
pundelis šviežių petražolių ir bazilikų.

Veiksmai :

Į puodą pilame aliejų ir jį užkaitiname. Aliejui įkaitus sudedame smulkintą česnaką, po to dedame mėsos gabaliukus ir maišydami juos truputį apskrudiname. Ant mėsos į puodą dedame pusžiedžiais smulkintą svogūną ir nedidelėmis lazdelėmis supjaustytas morkas, viską užpilame vandeniu, paskaniname druska ir pipirais bei uždengus puodą dangčiu paliekame troškintis.

Suminkštėjus morkoms į puodą sudedame konservuotus pomidorus, pagal skonį įberiame paprikos miltelių. Puodą uždengiame ir troškiname, kol guliaše esantis skystis nuo morkų ir pomidorų tampa truputi tirštesnis.

Į išvirtą jautienos guliašą gausiai pridedame smulkintų petražolių ir bazilikų, viską išmaišome. Guliašas puikiai tinka su virtomis bulvėmis ir raugintais agurkėliais.
